Programme builder
Multi-week training programmes with phases, supersets, a sets table, rep ranges, RPE and rest times. Write week one and the other weeks inherit it. Build templates and assign a programme to several clients at once, each with their own start date. Push a change to everyone following a programme, with a preview first.
Weekly check-in
Energy, sleep, stress, appetite, pain and the week's average weight, beside last week's numbers. You reply once and the reply stays there for the client.
Chat
Live text chat with each client, with read ticks. The inbox shows unanswered conversations first.
Storefront
One link for an Instagram bio: online and hybrid coaching, programmes, single sessions and session packs, with certificate and insurance badges once approved. Readable without signing in.
Calendar and sessions
Your working hours, where a session takes place (your own place or a gym's location), online sessions with your own video link. Two people cannot book the same hour. A reminder before the session and "How was it?" after. Late cancellations and no-shows have a money rule you can waive in one tap; session packs expire, and each session's share is released after it takes place.
Business
Sales, payouts, offers and verification status in one tab. Each sale's share is released under a rule written in advance.
Client trust
You see nothing until the client accepts, and nothing once it ends
Your invitation stays an invitation until the client accepts it in the app: no programme goes out and nothing is read. A purchase from your storefront is that acceptance. While the coaching runs you see the client's progress, photos and nutrition; when it ends your access ends, and on their "Who has seen my data" screen the client sees which of their data you opened and on which day.

Money
A commission on sales, weekly payouts under written rules
Clients pay inside the app, not by a bank transfer to you. MoveBase collects the sale, holds your share for a few days while the buyer's refund window runs, then pays it out weekly to your bank account. Each sale keeps the commission rate in force on the day it was made; a later change never reaches it. Today the gateway is Zarinpal and payouts go to Iranian bank accounts in Rial; if you coach outside Iran, tell us your country and we will say when selling opens there.
- If a buyer has received nothing from you within the refund window, they ask for a refund inside the app and it is granted without anyone reviewing it
- To sell: an ID document, a payout bank account and the signed scope-of-practice agreement; to write programmes, none of these
- A coach at a gym can list offers under the gym's name; a share the gym proposes is taken only with the coach's own acceptance
Your client
What your client sees
Your client opens the programme in the browser, with nothing to install; they log each set with one tap at the load you prescribed and see last time's numbers beside it. On the phone, a workout keeps working with no connection and uploads later. Whatever they buy from your storefront lands in their account with a clear acceptance.

From an account to the first sale
No verification is needed to write programmes; verification is for selling only.

You create an account with your email and write programmes the same day.

You invite by email or username; the client accepts and sees their programme in a phone or desktop browser.

Verification for selling
You send an ID document, a payout bank account and the agreement, and the review takes a few working days. A coaching certificate and insurance are optional and, once approved, show as badges on your storefront.

Coaches' questions
Do I pay anything to start?
No. The free plan gives you the programme builder, check-ins, chat and your storefront for your first few active clients. As your client list grows, you choose a monthly or yearly plan by active clients; the plans are on the pricing page, and their prices for Iran on the Persian site. Each sale in the app also pays a commission.
What does a client I bring from outside cost?
Nothing for them: the app is free for clients, and your programme, check-ins and chat cost them nothing. Each active client, and each invitation not yet answered, takes one place in your plan. If they buy from your storefront, that payment pays the commission published on the pricing page.
What if I have more clients than my plan covers?
While your plan is full you cannot send new invitations, and your coaching is not sold to a new client; your current clients keep everything as before. If after a downgrade or the end of a plan you have more active clients than it covers, you have a grace period to upgrade or end some coachings; after it, only your new work toward clients, such as sending programmes and messages, waits until that is settled. No coaching is ever ended automatically and no client's data is ever locked.
Where is the client's money until the payout?
With MoveBase, until the buyer's refund window has passed. Then your share is released and paid on the weekly payout day; a balance under the minimum carries over to the next week.
What if the commission rate changes?
Each sale keeps the rate in force when it was made, and it never changes afterwards. The current rate is always public.
Are online sessions held inside the app?
No. You add your own video-call link and the client opens it from their booking. Your calendar can be subscribed to in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar as an ics feed; it is not a two-way sync.
Does it write the programme for me?
No. You write the programme yourself, from your own templates or from the client's previous programme. MoveBase is the tool for writing and delivering it, not the author.
I coach outside Iran. Can I sell through MoveBase?
Not yet. In-app payments, payouts and verification run on Iranian rails today: Zarinpal, Iranian bank accounts and a national ID. The programme builder, check-ins, chat and the calendar work anywhere now, and your clients can use the app in English. Tell us your country and we will say when selling opens there.
