Gym console, members
Time-based and visit-based plans, the way you sell them
A time-based plan such as "one month" and a visit-based plan such as "12 visits within 30 days", with off-peak hours, freezes and location coverage. You create member cards with no app needed, and any member who accepts your invitation in the app is linked to theirs.
What you have for every member
A member card, no app needed
A member is signed up at the desk with a name and mobile number; the console assigns the card number. No app is needed; if the member accepts your invitation in the app, the card is linked to their account. The gym cannot link anyone itself.
Two kinds of plan
Time-based or visit-based, with a duration, visit count, price, the locations covered, off-peak hours, freeze days allowed and whether group classes are included. An old plan is archived, not deleted. See how «12 visits» is counted on the check-in page.
Freezes
A freeze moves the end date forward; ending a freeze early gives the days back. The freeze allowance of each plan is yours to set.
Renewals and reminders
The dashboard shows memberships that are ending, and one button sends linked members an in-app reminder. You record the fee at the desk or the member pays online; a payment request with a chosen plan can also go to the member's app.
CSV import and export
You import your existing members from a CSV file and preview every row before anything is written; you export everyone whenever you want.
Messages to specific groups
To all active members, memberships that are ending, lapsed memberships, members who have not visited, the attendees of one class type, the members of one location or of one slot group (such as "women"). You see the recipients and the message count before sending, night-time quiet hours are respected, and every message ends with the gym's name and an opt-out line. Linked members get it in the app; SMS delivery runs through an Iranian provider today.
The member record
Staff notes, and the list the member sees
Every member's record holds staff notes, freezes, payments and their messaging status. Each time someone on the team opens the record it is logged, and the member sees the same list in their own app. But the gym never sees a member's training, body measurements, photos, nutrition or chat. That boundary is in the code, not in a setting.
- In the app the member sees what the gym sees and what it never sees
- Consent for face entry and switching the gym's messages off are in the member's own hands
- Staff notes are for the gym's team only
Common questions about members
Does a member have to have the app?
No. A member card works in full in the console: membership, check-in by name search, desk payments, freezes. The app is for a member who wants their check-in code, slots, classes and renewal on their own phone.
Who pays for text messages?
Messages up to the monthly quota of the gym's plan are on MoveBase, and a message beyond the quota is not sent. Linked members get the same message in the app for free. SMS delivery runs through an Iranian provider today; outside Iran, count on the in-app message.
Is there an automatic renewal reminder by SMS?
No. The renewal reminder is in-app: one button on the dashboard sends it to linked members whose membership is ending. An SMS goes out only when you yourself message the "ending soon" group; MoveBase sends no automatic renewal texts.
We entered the wrong plan for a member.
The wrong payment is voided and its trace stays; the membership is cancelled. Nothing is deleted, so the books stay right.
Can a member freeze their own membership?
No. The desk records the freeze, and the member sees the freeze end date and their remaining freeze days in the app.
