Gym console modules
The gym console runs in the browser on the front-desk computer, in Persian or English.
Check-in and time slots
A short-lived, one-time check-in code scanned at the desk or by the member's phone, a reason for every refusal, time slots for groups you name, and visits counted one a day or one per check-in.
Members and membership plans
Member cards without an app, time-based and visit-based plans with off-peak hours and freezes, renewals with an in-app reminder, CSV import of existing members and messages to specific groups.
Group classes
Class types, a weekly schedule, capacity, booking and cancellation in the app, an automatic waitlist and no-show rules of the gym's choosing.
Payments and reports
Online renewal into the gym's own gateway account where supported, desk payments recorded, monthly reports with CSV export; and if the gym's own plan bill runs late, check-in and the member app keep working.
Devices and doors
Designed for ZKTeco over PUSH and for reading over the local network, plus a reference design for a simple QR gate; none of it tested on real hardware yet. Observe-only until you decide otherwise; face entry only with the member's consent.

Coach tools in the same account
A multi-week programme builder, weekly check-ins, live chat, a session calendar, a storefront with its own link and weekly payouts. A coach at a gym is on the gym's team with the same account and can sell their services under the gym's name.

What does the MoveBase gym software include?
The gym console: check-in with a one-time code, time slots, members with time-based and visit-based plans, freezes and renewals, group classes with booking and a waitlist, recorded payments and online payment into the gym's own account, monthly reports, messages to specific groups, team roles, and access terminal connections. The app: the member's card and check-in code, and the coach's tools for programmes, check-ins, chat and selling.
What is not in MoveBase?
No shop or stock, no staff payroll or staff attendance, no official tax invoices and no direct card-reader link; card-reader payments are recorded at the desk. There is no separately paid drop-in class either; classes are part of a membership plan. And nothing generates a programme automatically; coaches write them.
Do we need to install anything to use the console?
No. The gym console opens in the browser on the front-desk computer and the member app runs in a phone browser; store versions of the app have not been published yet.
