Built for gyms and coaches, in Iran first
What MoveBase is and why we build it
We wanted software for gyms and coaches that is Persian from day one, runs in the browser, and counts time slots and «12 visits» the way the gyms around us count them; and we built it fully in English alongside, because the same desk problems exist everywhere. MoveBase is that: gym management software, a coach's working tools and a member app, with one account per person.
What we hold to
We claim nothing that is not built. This site describes only what is in the product and listed on the features page. There are no customer counts, reviews or logos here yet, because we have not started our first gym; MoveBase is being prepared for its first gyms.
The gym's money is the gym's. Members' payments go straight into the gym's own payment-gateway account. MoveBase does not hold them and takes no percentage. Our income is three things, each explained on the pricing page: the gym's plan (monthly or yearly), coaches' plans by active clients, and a commission on coaches' sales in the app. The app is free for clients.
Member privacy is in the code, not in a setting. The gym does not see a member's training, weight, photos, nutrition or chat. Every opening of a member's record is logged, and the member sees it. MoveBase never stores faces or fingerprints.
Persian first, English complete. The app and the gym console are complete in both languages: right-to-left, the Persian calendar and Persian digits in Persian; Gregorian dates in English. Two things are still Persian-only or Iran-shaped today: the shipped exercise library is written in Persian (coaches add their own), and the gym reports are grouped by the months of the Persian calendar.
Where we are
The product is built and tested and is being prepared for its first gym. The access-device connections have not been tested on real hardware, and the store versions of the app are not published yet. Online payments, SMS and payouts run through Iranian providers today; everything else works anywhere, in English. When something changes, we update this page.

Rules written into the code
Faces and fingerprints, never
MoveBase does not ask a device for face or fingerprint templates, and discards any it is sent, unread.
Every access, logged
Each time a coach or support reads someone's private data, or a staff member opens a member's record, it is written to the "Who has seen my data" list that the person sees in the app.
The gym sees only the gym's business
Card, membership, entries, payments and staff notes; not training, not the body, not chat.
A coach, only with acceptance
Until the client accepts, the coach sees nothing; when the coaching ends, access ends.
