Questions about your own app
What is a branded app?
Your members or clients see MoveBase in your name, logo and colour, on your address. Behind it is MoveBase itself: the same features, the same accounts and the same privacy rules.
Is it for coaches too, or only gyms?
Both. A coach gets an app in their own name, where their clients have their programme, check-ins and chat; a gym gets an app in the gym's name, where members have their card, check-in code, time slots and classes.
Do our members show up in the public directory?
No. Your address has no directory of gyms or coaches, and whoever signs up there sees only your brand.
Can we use our own domain?
Today a brand's address is a subdomain of ours with your name in it. Your own domain is the next phase; we will announce it on this page.
Will an app in our name be in Google Play or the App Store?
A separate store app for a brand is a later phase, prepared on request. The web app on your address opens in the phone's browser, and members add it to their home screen.
Can the "Powered by MoveBase" line be removed?
Yes; it is set for each brand. Some plans come without it, and each plan's list says what it includes.
